PGDCA Full Form is Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application. PGDCA is a 1 year postgraduate course that focuses on advanced theoretical and practical knowledge of Computer Science and computer applications in the field of Information Technologies. Students will learn about operating systems, Software engineering, database management systems, and web programming from PGDCA syllabus.

PGDCA Semester 1 Subjects

• System Analysis and Design: System analysis and design can be defines as a process used by companies to evaluate particular business situations and develop ways to improve through optimal methods. 
• Computer Organisation and Architecture: The architecture of a computer system can be referred to as a catalog of tools that are visible to the user.
• Computer Fundamentals: Computer fundamentals l includes topics of Computer fundamentals such as input devices, output devices, memory, CPU, motherboard, software, hardware etc.

PGDCA Semester 2 Subjects

• Application Software Packages: Application Software Packages can be defined as a suite of Microsoft products such as MS Office, PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Introduction to Linux: Linux is an open-source operating system (OS) that directly manages a system\\\'s hardware and resources.
• Visual Basics: VBA is used to write programs for the Windows operating system and runs as an internal programming language in Microsoft Office applications.
